The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting air pollution by emphasizing the emission of carbon dioxide in among the countries of the ECO region from 2000 to 2018 with an emphasis on financial development. To investigate the effect of financial development on environmental pollution, the Panel Data econometric method has been used and the model coefficients have been estimated with Eviews 10 software. The dependent variable of the research is the amount of carbon dioxide emissions in terms of tons per year and the independent variable is the combined index of financial development. Two control variables including GDP and energy consumption are also included in the model. In the long run, the effect of financial development on carbon dioxide emissions in the ECO countries is positive and significant. Also, the effects of GDP and energy consumption on carbon dioxide emissions are positive and significant. The coefficient of determination of the model is equal to 98%, which indicates the high descriptive power of the model. Although increasing the level of economic activity increases welfare in different societies, but given that increasing the level of economic activity, especially industrial activity, increases the emission of carbon dioxide and biodegradation. یEnvironment in ECO member countries, economic policy makers of these countries should work together to implement the necessary policies and strategies to control and reduce emissions of carbon dioxide and other environmental pollutants.}, keywords = {Financial Development,Carbon Dioxide Emission,Echo,Air pollution}, title_fa = {اثرپذیری آلودگی هوا از توسعه مالی در کشورهای عضو پیمان اکو}, abstract_fa = {اگرچه رشد و توسعه اقتصادی در کشورهای مختلف باعث افزایش رفاه اقتصادی شده است اما در کنار آن  آلودگی های محیط زیستی زندگی بشر را تهدید می نمایند. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر آلودگی هوا با تأکید بر انتشار گاز دی اکسیدکربن  در بین کشورهای منطقه اکو طی سال های 2000 تا 2018 با تأکید بر توسعه مالی است. برای بررسی اثر توسعه مالی بر آلودگی های محیط زیستی از روش اقتصادسنجی داده های ترکیبی (Panel Data) استفاده شده و ضرایب مدل با نرم افزار Eviews 10 تخمین زده شده اند. متغیر وابسته تحقیق میزان انتشار گاز دی اکسید کربن بر حسب تن در سال و متغیر مستقل شاخص ترکیبی توسعه مالی است. دو متغیر کنترل شامل تولید ناخالص داخلی و میزان مصرف انرژی نیز در مدل لحاظ شده اند. در بلندمدت اثر توسعه مالی بر انتشار گاز دی اکسید کربن در کشورهای منطقه اکو مثبت و معنی دار است همچنین اثرات تولید ناخالص داخلی و مصرف انرژی  بر انتشار گاز دیاکسید کربن مثبت و معنی دار هستند. ضریب تعیین مدل برابر با 99 درصد  است که بیانگر قدرت توضیح دهندگی بالای مدل است. هر چند افزایش سطح فعالیت های اقتصادی باعث افزایش رفاه در جوامع مختلف می شود، اما با توجه به اینکه افزایش سطح فعالیت های اقتصادی به ویژه فعالیت های صنعتی، باعث افزایش انتشار گاز دی اکسیدکربن و آلودگی های محیط زیستی در کشورهای عضو اکو می شود، سیاستگذاران اقتصادی این کشورها باید با همکاری همدیگر سیاست ها و راهکارهای لازم جهت کنترل و کاهش میزان انتشار گاز دی اکسیدکربن و سایر آلاینده های محیط زیستی را به کار گیرند.}, keywords_fa = {توسعه مالی,انتشار گاز دی اکسید کربن,اکو,آلودگی هوا}, url = {https://www.envjournal.ir/article_151265.html}, eprint = {https://www.envjournal.ir/article_151265_1a5582feeb0bc5008d3761018e58478e.pdf} }
