چکیده
ارزشگذاری اقتصادی خدمات اکوسیستم ابزاری مفید، به منظور پشتیبانی از تصمیم گیری در خصوص مدیریت اکوسیستم میباشد و به تصمیمگیران در جهت حفاظت بیشتر و مؤثرتر اکوسیستم کمک میکند. در حال حاضر سیاستگذاران و برنامه ریزان، جعبه ابزارهای مناسب با دسترسی آسانی را برای ارزیابی ارزش اقتصادی اکوسیستمهای تالاب در اختیار ندارند بدیهی است که استناد به مقادیر کمی و ریالی در بیان ارزش هر منبع، ابزاری کارا و مؤثر در جهت توجیه اهداف توسعه پایدار و حفاظت از محیط زیست خواهد بود واین مهم با در دست داشتن الگوی راهنمای مشخص امکان پذیر میباشد. برآورد ارزشهای اقتصادی و هزینه خسارات زیست محیطی اکوسیستم تالابی میتواند در حفظ ارزشها و جلوگیری از تخریب آن مثمرثمر واقع گردد. مطالعه حاضر با هدفایجاد یکپارچه سازی در بحث ارزشگذاری اقتصادی و برآورد هزینه خسارات وارد بر خدمات زیست بومی تالابها به عنوان بخشی از فرآیند تعیین ارزش اقتصادی منابع طبیعی میباشد. وجود الگو و راهنمایی پایه و کاربردی در حوزه ارزش گذاری تالاب میتواند کاربران علاقه مند را در خصوص شناسایی ارزشها، انتخاب فنون ارزشگذاری متناسب با هر ارزش و به طور کل، هدایت در مسیر صحیح ارزشگذاری کالاها و خدمات و نیز در اعمال سیاستهای مدیریتی و اجرایی منطبق با توسعه پایدار یاری نماید. دراین مطالعه با مرور مقالات و دستورالعملهای منتشر شده منتخب مرتبط با موضوع تحقیق، مراحل گام به گام برآورد ارزشهای اقتصادی و هزینه خسارات زیست محیطی تالاب ها ارائه شده است.
