بررسی پویایی و ساختار جامعه فیتوپلانکتون خلیج چابهار (در مانسون تابستانه، زمستانه، پیش و پس مانسون)

چکیده

فراوانی، پراکندگی و تنوع ساختار جمعیت گونه­ای فیتوپلانکتونی و میزان غلظت مواد مغذی خلیج چابهار در سال 99-98 مورد بررسی و اندازه­گیری قرار گرفت. گسترش فیتوپلانکتون به عوامل فیزیکوشیمیایی، مواد مغذی در دسترس، میکسوتروفی بودن گونه­ها و شکارچیان (زئوپلانکتون) بستگی دارد. نمونه­برداری از آب توسط بطری نیسکین در 9 ایستگاه در 6 بار از سال در دوره­های پیش مانسون، 2 بار در مانسون جنوب غربی، پس مانسون و 2 بار در مانسون تابستانه انجام گرفت. در این بررسی 114 گونه فیتوپلانکتون متعلق به 4 شاخه باسیلاریوفیتا، داینوفیتا، سیانوفیتا و کروموفیتا شناسایی شد. داینوفیتا با تراکم 94% بیشترین فراوانی را به خود اختصاص دادند. با انجام آزمون آماری غیرپارامتریک Kruskal-Wallis تفاوت معنی­داری بین تراکم گونه­های ماه­های نمونه­برداری شده دیده شد. اگرچه اختلاف معنی­داری بین تراکم گونه­ها و میزان مواد مغذی دیده نشد اما همسویی مشخص و واضحی بین میزان مصرف مواد مغذی و تراکم فیتوپلانکتون مشاهده گردید. نتایج نشان داد افزایش مواد مغذی در پاییز و زمستان سبب افزایش تراکم فیتوپلانکتون (به خصوص در مهر و بهمن) می­شود. آزمون CCA نشان داد که حدود 84% تغییرات تراکم فیتوپلانکتون به میزان مواد مغذی و میزان اکسیژن محلول بستگی دارد.
