چکیده
مقدمه: توسعه مالی، فرایندی است که طی آن کمیت و کیفیت و کارایی خدمات واسطهگریهای مالی بهبود مییابد. توسعه هر چه بیشتر سیستم مالی، منابع مالی بیشتری برای توسعه تکنولوژی انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر فراهم میکند و در نتیجه با تغییر ترکیب تأمین انرژی و کاهش انتشار آلایندهها میتواند اثرات محیطزیستی مثبتی داشته باشد. توسعه مالی از طریق تأثیرگذاری بر رشد اقتصادی، جذب سرمایه، افزایش فعالیتهای صنعتی، کارایی انرژی، نوآوری تکنولوژیک، هزینههای سرمایه گذاری در پروژهها، افزایش استفاده از انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر، تأمین مالی و تخصیص اعتبار برای پروژههای انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر میتواند بر میزان انتشار دیاکسیدکربن و کیفیت محیط زیست اثرگذار باشد. اهمیت بهکارگیری انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر و کاهش انتشار دیاکسیدکربن (CO2) از یکسو و نیازمندی پروژههای انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر به منابع مالی و سرمایهگذاریهای کلان از سوی دیگر، نقش و اهمیت توسعه مالی در میزان آلودگی محیطزیست از طریق انتشار دیاکسیدکربن را نمایان می کند. بنابراین با توجه به نقش و اهمیت توسعه بخش مالی در میزان انتشار دیاکسیدکربن بهعنوان معیار آلودگی محیط زیست و نظر به اهمیت بررسی این رابطه در سطح استانهای کشور، پژوهش حاضر، رابطه میان توسعه مالی و انتشار دیاکسیدکربن در استانهای ایران را مورد بررسی قرار داده و در پایان نیز فرضیه محیطزیستی کوزنتس را آزمون خواهد نمود.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر با بهکارگیری روش حداقل مربعات معمولی پویا (DOLS) رابطه میان توسعه مالی و انتشار دیاکسیدکربن در استانهای ایران را طی دوره زمانی 1400-1388 مورد بررسی قرار داده و به این پرسش پاسخ میدهد که آیا توسعه مالی در استانهای ایران سبز است یا خیر؟ بهمنظور بررسی تفاوت موجود در چگونگی رابطه بین توسعه مالی با میزان انتشار دیاکسیدکربن در سطح استانهای کشور، تمامی استانها بر اساس گزارش گروه پژوهشی آمارهای اقتصادی مرکز آمار ایران (1400)، به دو دسته استانهای توسعه یافته و کمتر توسعه یافته تقسیم شده و مورد بررسی قرار خواهند گرفت. در این پژوهش به منظور بررسی تأثیر توسعه مالی و سایر متغیرهای مستقل بر انتشار دیاکسیدکربن، در قالب یک مدل پانل چند متغیره و تجزیه و تحلیل ضرایب، از روش حداقل مربعات معمولی پویا (Dols) استفاده میگردد و بدین منظور الگوی زیر لحاظ میگردد:

همچنین در ادامه، بهمنظور آزمون فرضیه کوزنتس در استانهای مورد مطالعه، مدل (1) بهصورت مدل (2) تصریح میگردد:

که در آن:
:FD2it مجذور توسعه مالی میباشد.
نتایج: در هر دو مدل برآورد شده برای هر دو گروه استانهای کشور، رابطه بین متغیر توسعه مالی و انتشار دیاکسیدکربن مثبت و معنیدار است. ضرایب برآورد شده برای متغیرهای شدت انرژی، تولید ناخالص داخلی و شهرنشینی در هر دو مدل برآورد شده برای دو گروه استانهای کشور، رابطه مثبت و معناداری با انتشار دیاکسیدکربن دارد. نتایج مدلهای برآورد شده برای اثبات صحت نظریه کوزنتس در هر دو گروه نشان میدهد که توسعه مالی در ابتدا منجر به افزایش انتشار دیاکسیدکربن شده و سپس، توسعه بیشتر این بخش منجر به کاهش میزان انتشار دیاکسیدکربن میگردد. این نتیجه، بیانگر تأیید وجود نظریه محیطزیستی کوزنتس در استانهای مورد مطالعه طی دوره زمانی مورد بررسی میباشد.
بحث: نتایج برآورد حاکی از آن است که توسعه مالی در استانهای ایران موجب افزایش انتشار دیاکسیدکربن خواهد شد. همچنین بررسیهای بیشتر، صحت وجود رابطه کوزنتس در استانهای ایران را تأیید مینماید، بدین معنی که در مراحل اولیه توسعه، تأثیر توسعه مالی بر انتشار دیاکسیدکربن مثبت خواهد بود ولی با گذر زمان این رابطه منفی شده و منجر به کاهش انتشار دیاکسیدکربن میگردد.
