چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با­هدف بررسی رابطه بین رهبری تحول­گرای­ سبز بر رفتارهای شهروندی محیط ­زیستی با­توجه به نقش میانجی باورهای محیط ­زیستی و خط­ مشی ­های سبز انجام شده است. این مطالعه از ­لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از­نوع توصیفی و با روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری دراین مطالعه 212 نفر از کارکنان شهرداری شیراز است که به ­روش نمونه‌گیری در­ دسترس انتخاب شدند. به ­منظور تحلیل داده­ ها، روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم­ افزار Smart PLS­2 مورد استفاده قرارگرفت. جهت سنجش ­روایی از روایی همگرا بهره­ گرفته­ شد و به ­منظور برازش پایایی، آلفای کرونباخ مورد استفاده قرارگرفت و ضریب آن برای تمام سازه­ های پژوهش بیشتر از 7/0 می­ باشد. نتایج به­ دست آمده، حاکی از آن است که رهبری تحول­گرای ­سبز تأثیر ­مثبت و معناداری بر رفتارهای شهروندی محیط ­زیستی دارد. هم­چنین تأثیر مثبت و معناداری میان متغیر­های رهبری تحول­گرای ­سبز و باورهای محیط ­زیستی و خط ­مشی­ های سبز وجود دارد. هم­چنین باورهای محیط­زیستی و خط­ مشی­ های سبز تأثیر­مثبت و معناداری بر رفتارهای شهروندی محیط ­زیستی دارد، اما باورهای محیط ­زیستی و خط­ مشی ­های سبز نقش میانجی­گری بین رهبری تحول­گرای ­سبز و رفتارهای شهروندی محیط­زیستی ایفا نمی­ کند.
