بررسی نقش میانجی گری مسئولیت پذیری در رابطه بین ارزش نوع‌دوستی و رفتار شهروندی محیطزیستی

چکیده

گذار به پایداری جهانی نیازمند تغییر در ارزش‌های انسانی، نگرش‌ها و رفتارها می­باشد، آن چه این تغییرات را در حوزه رفتارهای ‌محیط زیستی ایجاد می‌کند ظهور شکل جدیدی از شهروندی به نام شهروندی ‌محیط زیستی است. در این راستا، مدل ارزش- باور- هنجار استرن  و همکاران (1999) بیان می‌دارد  افراد در صورتی رفتارشان را تغییر خواهند داد که ارزش آن‌ها را درک کرده و مسؤولیت کارهای خود را بپذیرند. بر این مبنا، هدف اساسی این پژوهش تبیین رفتار شهروندی ‌محیط زیستی تحت تأثیر ارزش‌های نوع‌دوستانه و با میانجی­گری مسؤولیت‌پذیری در بین شهروندان 18 سال به بالای شهرستان کاشان در سال 1399 می‌باشد. حجم نمونه برابر با 352 نفر بوده و  جهت نمونه­ گیری از روش خوشه­ای استفاده شده است. بر اساس یافته ­های پژوهش، شهروندان کاشانی به لحاظ نوع‌دوستی و مسؤولیت­ پذیری و رفتار شهروندی ‌محیط زیستی از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار بوده و میانگین این متغیرها در میان آن‌ها بالاتر از حد متوسط می‌باشد. همچنین، رابطه بین متغیرهای نوع‌دوستی و مسؤولیت‌پذیری با رفتار شهروندی ‌محیط زیستی معنادار می­ باشد. همچنین، بر اساس مدل حجم اثر هر دو متغیر نوع‌دوستی و مسؤولیت‌پذیری به ترتیب با (275/0 و 245/0=F2 ) در حد متوسط می­ باشد.  مقدار Q2  نیز برابر با 269/0 نشان می­ دهد در مجموع، توان پیش­ بینی کنندگی مدل در حد متوسط می ­باشد. علاوه بر این، اثر میانجی­گری جزئی متغیر مسؤولیت ­پذیری برای رابطه بین نوع‌دوستی و رفتار شهروندی ‌محیط زیستی تأیید گردیده است، به‌گونه‌ای که مقدار VAF برابر با 384/0 بیانگر این امر است که 38 درصد از اثر نوع‌دوستی بر رفتار شهروندی ‌محیط زیستی از طریق غیرمستقیم توسط متغیر میانجی مسؤولیت‌پذیری تبیین می‌شود.
