چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر رهبری تحول­گرا مبتنی بر محیط ­زیست، رهبری معنوی و اشتیاق زیست­ محیطی کارکنان بر ایجاد رفتار زیست ­محیطی در سازمان انجام شده است. این مطالعه از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نوع توصیفی و با روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری در این مطالعه 212 نفر از کارکنان شهرداری شیراز است که به روش نمونه‌گیری در­ دسترس انتخاب شدند. به منظور تحلیل داده ­ها، روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم­افزار Smart PLS­2 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. جهت سنجش روایی از روایی هم­گرا بهره گرفته شد و به منظور برازش پایایی، آلفای کرونباخ مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و ضریب آن برای تمام سازه ­های پژوهش بیشتر از (7/0) می­باشد. نتایج نشان می­ دهد که رهبری تحول­گرا مبتنی بر محیط­ زیست و رهبری معنوی به ترتیب با ضریب مسیر (384/0) و (579/0) بر اشتیاق زیست­ محیطی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری می­ گذارد. نتایج پژوهش اثر مثبت و معنادار اشتیاق زیست ­محیطی و رفتار زیست­ محیطی کارکنان را با ضریب مسیر (613/0) و ضریب معناداری (033/7) تأیید کرد. همچنین اشتیاق زیست­ محیطی در سازمان ارتباط میان رهبری تحول­گرا مبتنی بر محیط ­زیست و رفتار زیست­ محیطی کارکنان را میانجی­گری می­ کند، ولی ارتباط میان رهبری معنوی و رفتار زیست­ محیطی کارکنان را میانجی­گری نمی­ کند. بر اساس یافته­ ها پیشنهاد می­ شود که مدیران شهرداری با به­ کارگیری سبک­ های رهبری تحول­گرا و معنوی بر رفتارهای کارکنان خود کنترل داشته باشند و در نتیجه اشتیاق زیست­محیطی بیشتری برای ارائه­ی رفتارهای زیست­محیطی به ­وجود بیاورند.
