چکیده
مقدمه: آبزیپروری شامل تکثیر و پرورش گیاهان آبزی، جانوران و سایر موجودات برای اهداف تجاری، تفریحی و علمی میباشد که امروزه توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کرده است. با اینحال، توسعهی کنترل نشدهی آن مانند هر فعالیت تولیدی دیگر اثرات مخربی بر محیطزیست داشته و لذا حذف آلایندههای آب امری مهم محسوب میگردد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثرگذاری دستگاه مکانیزه ضدعفونیکننده آب با استفاده از اشعه فرابنفش (UV) با دوزهای مختلف بر کاهش میکروارگانیسمهای آب خروجی مزارع پرورش ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان بود. همچنین کارایی این دستگاه در غیرفعال کردن پاتوژنها، در دبیها و میزان کدورتهای مختلف آب مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
مواد و روشها: مکان اجرای طرح مورد مطالعه در یک مزرعه پرورش ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان با ظرفیت 30 تن واقع در شهرستان کیار در 30 کیلومتری مرکز استان چهارمحال و بختیاری بود. دستگاه UV با دوزهای مختلف (60، 120، 180 و 240 mW/cm2 milliwatt- = joule) روی آب خروجی کارگاه پرورش ماهی، با کدورتها و دبیهای مختلف (5/2، 5، 10، 15، 20 و 25 لیتر بر ثانیه) تابیده شد. سپس نمونهبرداری از آب کارگاه قبل و بعد از نصب دستگاه گندزدایی UV انجام شد. میانگین شمارش کلیفرم کل و کلیفرم مدفوعی، قارچ و مخمر هر کدام با سه تکرار محاسبه شد. به منظور بررسی تغییرات درصد حذف میکروارگانیسمها در دوزهای مختلف UV از رگرسیون پروبیت (Probit) در محیط نرمافزار SPSS در سطح آماری 001/0 استفاده شد. رسم نمودارها با استفاده از نرمافزار Microsoft Excel 2016 انجام گرفت.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که افزایش دبی آب و کدورت آب، باعث کاهش راندمان حذف میکروارگانیسمهای هدف میشود. همچنین با افزایش دوزUV، درصد حذف کلیفرم کل، کلیفرم مدفوعی، قارچ و مخمر افزایش پیدا میکند بهطوریکه در دوز mJ/cm256 میزان کلی فرم کل، کلیفرم مدفوعی، قارچ و مخمر بهترتیب 7/1، 2/3، 7/0 و 86/0 log کاهش یافت درحالیکه در دوزهای mJ/cm2 185و 167 تراکم کلیفرم کل و مدفوعی 23 برابر و تراکم کلنیهای قارچ و مخمر بین 7/0 تا 6/1 log کاهش پیدا کرد. در دوز حدود mJ/cm2 100 الی 120 تقریباً حذف کامل کلیفرم کل، کلیفرم مدفوعی و قارچها صورت گرفت، ولی برای حذف کامل مخمرها بسته به میزان دبی آب و کدورت آب، بهطور قابل ملاحظهای به دوزهای بیشتری از اشعه UV احتیاج است (تا حداکثر mJ/cm2 240). همچنین نتایج رگرسیون پروبیت نشان داد در دوز mJ/cm2 50/40، mJ/cm22/20، mJ/cm2 31/30، و mJ/cm2 36/14 به ترتیب پنجاه درصد جمعیت مخمر (001/0 P<،16Z=)، قارچ (001/0 P<،5/13Z=)، کلیفرم مدفوعی (001/0P<،77/22 Z=) و کلیفرم کل (001/0 P<، 8/6Z=) حذف خواهد شد.
بحث: بهطور کلی نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که در دوز mJ/cm2 20 حذف تدریجی میکروارگانیسمها شروع میشود و در دوزهای بالاتر ازmJ/cm2 120 از شدت حذف میکروارگانیسمها کاسته میشود. بنابراین تابش دوزهای اشعه فرابنفش متناسب با کیفیت آب مزارع پرورش ماهیان، میتواند باعث حفظ سلامت سیستم و به تبع آن افزایش بهرهوری گردد. اطلاعات بهدست آمده از این طرح میتواند برای سیستمهای تجاری تصفیه آب و سیستمهای مداربسته آبزیان مفید باشد. مطالعات بیشتری برای کارائی حذف ویروسها در آب توسط اشعه فراینفش نیاز است. احداث حوضچه رسوبگیر و فیلتر کردن آب با روشهای مختلف مانند استفاده از فیلترهای شنی قبل از استفاده از اشعه فرابنفش بهمنظور کاهش بار ذرات معلق در آب و افزایش کارآیی دستگاه ضدعفونیکننده پیشنهاد میشود.
