داده‌کاوی مکانی نقاط داغ زیستگاهی گونه در خطر انقراض سمندر لرستانی (Neurergus kaiseri Schmidt, 1952) و هم‌پوشانی آن با مناطق تحت حفاظت موجود

چکیده
مقدمه: تنوع زیستی به دلیل آگاهی از نقش و اهمیت آن و کاهش‌های بزرگ پیش‌بینی شده در جهان، در چند دهه اخیر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. روند سریع تخریب محیط زیست و نابودی تنوع زیستی نشان‌دهنده لزوم حفاظت از مناطقی است که به طور جامع نماینده‌ای از تنوع زیستی کشور هستند. حفاظت کافی و مؤثر از تنوع زیستی به احداث شبکه مناطق تحت حفاظت کافی در هر کشور در راستای یک استراتژی جهانی نیازمند است تا به صورت پناهگاهی وسیع طیف گسترده‌ای از حیات گیاهی و جانوری را در خود جای داده و بقاء آن‌ها را تضمین نماید در مقیاس جهانی، دوزیستان در معرض تهدید ترین دسته از مهره‌داران هستند امروزه مهم‌ترین عامل کاهش گونه‌ها و جمعیت آن‌ها تخریب و انهدام زیستگاه‌های گیاهی و جانوری است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی کارایی مناطق تحت مدیریت موجود در حفاظت از سمندر لرستانی (Neurergus kaiseri) در استان‌های لرستان و خوزستان انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش تعداد 62 نقطه حضور با استفاده از مطالعه ادبیات گذشته و اطلاعات ثبت شده توسط اداره کل محیط زیست استان لرستان و همچنین کسب اطلاعات از افراد محلی گردآوری و مطلوبیت زیستگاه با روش بی‌نظمی بیشینه در نرم افزار Rstudio مدلسازی شد. در ادامه روش‌های آمار فضایی شامل آماره گیتس-ارد جی‌ (Getis-Ord Gi)، شاخص موران محلی (Anselin Local Moran's I) و روش شکست طبیعی (Natural Breaks Jenks) برای شناسایی لکه‌های داغ زیستگاهی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. در نهایت کارایی مناطق حفاظت‌شده موجود در حفاظت از سمندر لرستانی طریق همپوشانی لکه‌های داغ زیستگاهی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
نتایج: نتایج مدل مطلوبیت زیستگاه مکسنت مبتنی بر شاخص سطح زیر منحنی 95 درصد نشان داد که مدل مورد استفاده از قابلیت اطمینان و دقت کافی برای پیش‌بینی مناطق پراکنش سمندر لرستانی برخوردار است. همچنین نتایج نمودار جک‌نایف نشان داد که حداقل دما در سردترین ماه سال (Bio6)، بارش سالانه (Bio12)، بارش در سرد ترین فصل (Bio19)، هم‌دمایی (Bio3) و ارتفاع دارای بیشترین تأثیر در پیش‌بینی مطلوبیت زیستگاه سمندر لرستانی هستند. ارزیابی دقت روش‌های تحلیل فضایی نشان داد که روش گیتس-ارد جی با مقدار زیر منحنی (AUC) معادل 96/0 از بالاترین دقت در شناسایی لکه‌های داغ برخوردار است.
بحث: مدلسازی توزیع گونه‌ها در سال‌های اخیر برای پشتیبانی از مدیریت تنوع‌زیستی بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفته ‌است. در پژوهش حاضر تلاش شد با تلفیق روش بیشینه بی‌نظمی و داده‌کاوی مکانی نقاط داغ زیستگاهی سمندر لرستانی شناسایی و پس از صحت‌سنجی، میزان هم‌پوشانی آن‌ها با مناطق تحت حفاظت موجود پایش گردد. طبق نتایج فقط 6 درصد از لکه‌های داغ زیستگاهی (16/31520 از 35/579106 هکتار) در محدوده مناطق حفاظت‌شده قرار دارند. استان خوزستان با دارا بودن 54 درصد از لکه‌های داغ زیستگاهی، فاقد هرگونه منطقه حفاظت‌شده اختصاصی برای این گونه است. همچنین مناطق شادابکوه (با 98 درصد هم‌پوشانی) و تنگ هفت (با 93 درصد همپوشانی) در استان لرستان، به عنوان مؤثرترین مناطق حفاظتی برای سمندر لرستانی شناسایی شدند. یافته‌های این پژوهش بر ضرورت بازنگری اساسی در شبکه مناطق حفاظت‌شده موجود، ایجاد مناطق جدید حفاظتی در شمال خوزستان و طراحی کریدورهای اتصال زیستگاهی برای حفاظت مؤثر از این گونه تأکید دارند.
