چکیده

مفهوم خدمات اکوسیستمی می‌تواند رویکرد ارزشمندی را برای ایجاد پیوند بین انسان و طبیعت و تحلیل برنامه‌های حفاظت و احیای اکوسیستم‌های طبیعی ارائه نماید. علیرغم توجه فزاینده به این مفهوم، کاربرد عملی آن در مدیریت کاربری زمین و منابع آب به دلیل فقدان تعاریف و روش‌های مناسب با چالش‌هایی مواجه است. در این مطالعه با مرور و تحلیل ادبیات علمی موجود، یک چارچوب مفهومی برای ارزیابی و ارزش‌گذاری اقتصادی خدمات اکوسیستمی مرتبط با مدیریت منابع آبی مورد پیشنهاد قرارگرفته است. به‌ویژه در این چارچوب چگونگی تحلیل ارتباطات میان فشارهای انسانی، وضعیت اکولوژیکی و تدارک خدمات اکوسیستمی در نظام‌های آبی موردتوجه است. همچنین فهرستی از انواع شاخص‌های پایداری و کارایی خدمات آبی اکوسیستم با تأکید بر ظرفیت تدارک خدمات، جریان خدمات و منافع اجتماعی آن‌ها که می‌تواند در تعیین کمیت خدمات موردنظر و سنجش تغییرات آن‌ها استفاده شود، ارائه شده است. در پایان ضمن مقایسه دو رویکرد مرسوم مدیریت یکپارچه منابع آب و رویکرد مدیریت اکوسیستمی حوضه‌های آبخیز، دلایل ضرورت الحاق تفکر خدمات اکوسیستمی در مدیریت منابع آب به‌عنوان یک رویکرد نوآورانه در پاسخ به بحران حاکم بر نظام‌های آبی و ازجمله تالاب‌ها تبیین شده است.
