ارزیابی میزان توافق بین شاخص‌های اکولوژیک در تعیین وضعیت کیفیت رودخانه کرج (استان البرز)

چکیده

در این مطالعه میزان توافق و عدم سازگاری بین پنج شاخص کفزی در ارزیابی وضعیت اکولوژیک رودخانه کرج مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به این­ منظور، در طول 9 ایستگاه و طی چهار فصل (1397-1396)، نمونه ­برداری از ماکروبنتوزها با نمونه­ بردار سوربر انجام شد. به لحاظ فراوانی، شیرنومیده­ ها، خانواده غالب بودند. خانواده ­های Baetis، Tubifex، Micrasema، Rhithrogena، Eporus، Hydropsyche، Leptophlebiidae و Simulium، 83 درصد نمونه ­ها را تشکیل دادند. مقادیر شاخص ­های H'،EPT،ASPT،BMWP و HFBI به ­ترتیب (65/0±12/2)، (8/2±6/5)، (0/1±9/3)، (4/23±8/48) و (0/1±6/4) محاسبه گردید. توافق نسبی در نتایج حاصله از پنج شاخص مورد مطالعه در 67 درصد از ایستگاه ­ها با کیفیت غیرقابل قبول دیده شد. در صورتی­ که در 22 درصد از ایستگاه­ های رودخانه توافق کامل و 11 درصد ایستگاه ­ها عدم توافق را نشان داده ­است. در نتیجه، با توجه به تغییرات ساختاری و جمعیتی ماکروبنتوزها در اکوسیستم­ های آبی بر اثر عوامل طبیعی و فعالیت­ های انسانی، به منظور به­ کارگیری شاخص ­های زیستی در هر منطقه جهت اعمال مدیریت ­محیط­زیستی، نیاز به استفاده هم­زمان از شاخص ­های مختلف، بررسی توافق بین آن ­ها و انتخاب شاخص ­اکولوژیک مناسب می ­باشد. بر اساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر، شاخص هلسینهوف (HFBI) می­تواند به عنوان شاخص مناسبتری نسبت به سایر شاخص ­های مورد مطالعه برای ارزیابی وضعیت اکولوژیک رودخانه کرج معرفی کرد.
